PUTTING YOUR DONATIONS TO WORK!

Funds received will be used for our 2023 Free Heart Screening for youth and young adults aged 12-24. Participants will get a Cardiac Assessment and a Quick noninvasive Echocardiogram (ECG), where a technician places electrodes and patches on the chest, legs, and arms to record the heart's electrical activity. Some participants may also have a limited echocardiogram (ultrasound) of their heart. Losing Justin  to Sudden Cardiac Arrest was undoubtedly life-altering and life-changing. Now JCWWP is on a quest to provide a family with the knowledge to save lives.

ABOUT JUSTIN

Justin Carr was an Earth Angel, Renaissance man, scholar, singer, actor, artist, and Junior Olympian. He inspired others with his selfless commitment to peace & hope, as he supported the marginalized, the vulnerable, & the unseen. He repeatedly prayed, “God help us achieve world peace,” beginning at the age of four. He wanted all citizens to love one another, by simply being kind. On February 22, 2013, at the age of 16, after completing a few laps at swim team practice, Justin died instantly of an undiagnosed heart condition called idiopathic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy resulting in his Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA).
